Collectors info:
Although not a particularly common title, it is not really that hard to find. It is probably easiest to find in the UK in the omnibus edition -  this is a good buy as the other 2 stories included are excellent. There was a USA edition of the book which, again although not common, can be found without a huge amount of effort in the USA. Prices tend to vary a lot for the book in all its editions so shop around before buying.
